Serviced Accommodation Management

Care for your property, coordination of guest stays and less day-to-day involvement for you. Croftfield Properties manages an owner’s property on their behalf, with an arrangement shaped around the property and the owner’s objectives.

A separate service from our company-let offering. Management income depends on bookings and operating costs; rental income can fluctuate.

An arrangement built around your property

For landlords, property owners and estate agents exploring serviced accommodation, the starting point is a clear conversation about the property and the support required.

We discuss a tailored management arrangement rather than a one-size-fits-all package. The services, responsibilities, fees and operating costs are agreed before management begins, so you know what is included and what remains with you.

How it works

  1. 01

    Discuss your property

Tell us about the property and your objectives. We will discuss its condition, intended use and the level of day-to-day involvement you would like.

  2. 02

    Agree the arrangement

Together, we agree the service scope, each party’s responsibilities and the management terms, including fees and operating costs, before work begins.

  3. 03

    Prepare and begin

Once the relevant permissions and property requirements have been checked, we prepare for launch and begin the agreed management service.

Is your property suitable?

Suitability depends on location, condition and intended use, as well as the permissions and requirements that apply to the individual property.

Croftfield Properties is rooted in Doncaster and South Yorkshire. Share your property’s location and plans with us so we can discuss whether a management arrangement is suitable and available for your property.

Any preparation, responsibilities and launch arrangements are considered as part of that review.
